Werewolf

Paranormal Activity 3 backstory

The first Paranormal Activity starts off introducing you to two people; Micah and Katie. They are the “All-American” couple starting off their lives together in a normal suburban home, when things that they can’t explain start to happen.  As in, Strange noises, objects moving on their own, and doors closing. You know, the usual, classic ghost haunting’s; nothing over the top.
Well things start to get progressively worse. So they decide to call in a psychic to help them with their problems. The psychic comes in and states that the energy that he feels in the house is evil and that it really doesn’t want him there. So he ends up leaving, the entity doesn’t give up however, it does the exact opposite; it gets worse.
It gets to the point where Micah gets so angry and so frustrated that he can’t stop it or do anything about it. Then we learn that Katie has had previous experience with an entity. She states that when she was a child; her and her sister experienced some very bad experiences concerning this entity. It would push them, scratch them, and they could hear its voice sometimes on a very quiet night.
Eventually it gets so bad that it begins to possess Katie and turns her on Micah, and well I won’t ruin the rest of the movie.
Then in the second movie you get some of the backstory to her sister and what happened to her just months before the first movie happened. I personally think that the second movie was better than the first, by far. The second movie was scarier, edgy, and leaves you wanting to know more.
Now for the third movie, it’s going to take you back into the past; back when the two girls were little and what happened to them then. Now how the story goes; way back in the family tree someone made a pact with a demon or the devil, and the pact was that they would be rich but the soul of the first born son’s would be rightfully the demon’s.
This story intrigues me somewhat, because what if somewhere down your family tree your ancestors made a pact with a demon and now your soul is the demons and he tries to claim it. What can you do? And how would you react? It definitely would be a hard situation to be in. I think I’m going to come up with a short story using this concept that ill be posting by the end of the week.

Paranormal Activity 3 Continued

Ghosts, entities, and the unknown; are these just products of our wild imagination? Are these just things we make up because we are afraid of what we can’t see, or because we are bored in our routine lives? I have a couple of stories to tell you guys before we jump into our discussion of Paranormal Activity 3.
The first story I would like to share with you is that of the black dog that I have seen around my house for some time, but recently it seemed to disappear. I would never feel threatened by this presence at all. It was almost like a comfort to see it, and it was validated more by my mother who also saw it. I think I have told you guys the full story once before but here it goes again. :D
It was late one night and I was up studying for a midterm when from the corner of my eye I see this massive black dog turn the corner, at first I didn’t know what to do or how to react. But almost instinctively I stood up and walked around the corner in the hallway and nothing was there. So I decided it was just me being tired. And continued studying and finally feel asleep.
The next night I saw it again but this time full on. I was walking into the kitchen from my bedroom when I saw my pet dog named Kodi was looking into the kitchen with his ears pointed up. I half expected my mom or sister to be in the kitchen as I rounded the corner but there was another black dog standing there almost see through and all it did was look up at me with very soft eyes, I could tell it wasn’t unkind at all, It was almost peaceful in nature . Then it just bounded past my dog and around the corner, where it disappeared from my sight.
After that sighting I would see it every now and then but only briefly. It has been almost 6 months ago since the last time I’ve seen the “ghost dog”. What do you guys think it could be? I think it was my animal guide, or a totem animal (which I want to go into more with later on down the road). I would love to hear your guy’s stories on animal entities. As always stay scared.

Paranormal Activity 3 Intro

Is there any kind of truth in ghosts? I believe that ghosts are something that someone has to witness for their self to believe in. When you have seen and heard so many things throughout your life as I have. How can you deny the existence of ghosts? However on the flip side how can I totally make a non-believer into a believer?
Well as most of us know, Paranormal Activity 3 is coming out this month; I think it is going to be the best one out of the three. Throughout the week I’ll be talking about the movie as well as how true the storyline can be and some of the backstory and history to the story there claiming.

Photo of some of the newspaper clippings about the haunted boy.

You can make out some of the words but not all. If anyone can find a better photo of the newspaper clippings shoot me an email. :)

Re post of "The story behind the exorcist."

The boy was 13 years old laying in a hospital  bed in the Georgetown University Hospital. The local priest Father E. Albert Hughes was conducting the first exorcism the boy underwent. The final exorcism was done at the Alexian Brothers Hospital in St.Louis, Missouri in the spring of 1949.
This story first came to the public eye when an unnamed minister gave a speech to the Society of parapsychology at the mount pleasant library in Washington DC. The minister talked about the strange events that took place in the families Maryland home beginning Jan. 18Th ; Scratching noises coming from the house walls, the bed that the boy slept in would shake violently, objects would move in the boys presence. The minister being skeptical at first arranged for the boy to sleep in his home on the night of Feb 17Th. The minister reported, In the dark the bed would shake and scratching noises seemed to vibrate off the walls. The rest of the night was no joke either, a heavy armchair that the boy sat in would tilt on its own and stay suspended as if someone or something was holding it.
The boy was finally freed of the demon when he was 14 after 30 exorcism attempts.

The haunted boy intro

Now I don't get really excited about movies but this movie had me jumping out of my seat. A Couple months back I did an article about the true exorcist story, now this movie comes out. These two guys find the diary of the boy who was possessed in his room at the psych ward. Then they go on an investigation of the room. I'll be re-posting my article as well as a couple of newspaper clippings from the time. Below is the movie trailer of "The haunted boy."

True animals weird and freaky

This video should get you ready for the video down below. Enjoy! ^.^

Half-human video discussion

The animal has a human face, with what looks to be a dog or a lions body. I'm not sure if this is real or not but its fun to watch and speculate about. The website in the video Doesn't load for me, but it appears to be from the middle east. If the website can load for anyone else, shoot me an email.

The Wolfman Trailer

Here is the Official trailer of the wolfman enjoy.

The Wolfman

The saying goes, "There is no sin in killing a beast, only a man. But were does one begin and the other end?" Anthony Hopkins and Bernicio Del Toro star in this awesome movie about a ancient gypsy curse that goes, "Even a man who is pure of heart and says his prayers by night may become a wolf when the wolf-bane blooms and the Autumn moon is full."

This movie is a remake of the original Wolfman released in 1941. The remake is definitely a must see. Anthony Hopkins is just as brilliant as he was in "The Silence of the Lambs". At one point I almost expected him to ask Bercnicio "Do you still hear the screaming of the lambs?" An amazing movie through and through, Here is one of my favorite scenes and then the trailer.

Shape-Shifting

Shape-shifting - The ability to alter your physical appearance, purposefully or because of a curse or spell.

One of my very first posts on this blog was about werewolves, the word werewolf comes from the Greek word Lycanthrope. The first word "were" translates into a old English term meaning man, and "wolf" has the same modern English meaning; It also can be taken as a general term "beast."

Werewolves in a way, brought me to the supernatural and the unknown. When I was younger I was fascinated by these folkloric beasts. The very idea of werewolves is awesome, to be able to transform into something much stronger and faster then you but with the same intellect. So it brings me to the question. Does Shape-shifting exist? I believe it does but not in the same way a lot of people think. I believe you can mentally become the animal in question, but not physically. Then again our brains can do amazing things. Until tomorrow stay scared.

Ghost dog closing

Ghost Dogs are a mystery among none other, there are reports all over the world of people seeing these strange apparitions. But once again there is no answer. Once again we are left to wonder. I leave this subject with nothing more then the facts, which isn't much. Until tomorrow stay scared.

Ghost Dog Picture

Probably a fake, but intresting none-the-less.

Ghost (black dog) continued

Sorry I haven't posted in a long time. But I do have some things to report. For the past couple of weeks I have not seen the black dog at all. Instead I have started seeing other strange and creepy things. For instance, my room sits at the end of the hall so I can see all the way down the hall past all the rooms and into the living room. I have seen shadows running down the hall straight for my room. I also would hear mostly inaudible whispers almost every night. Some nights I can't get to sleep because of them.

Ive also been having freakishly vivid dreams when I do finally fall asleep just to wake up an hour or two later.  But anyway back to Black (ghost) dogs, I don't think that there a bad omen or a sign of something demonic 100% of the time. At least we can only hope.

Black dogs

Black dogs are primarily nocturnal apparitions. said to be associated with the devil or in European mythology with death. Some examples would be Cwn Annwn, Garmr, and the more widely known Cerberus. All of those were guardians of the "underworld." So black dogs are almost universally accepted to being a malevolent spirit. So why is it eight years and nothing has happened? Clearly I'm either crazy, seeing things, or it's something completely different.

Black dog in my house

Your sitting there watching T.V. then out of no where a black mass forms and rounds a corner. You turn your head to see it, but just as fast as it appeared it was gone.
This has been happening to me for years in this house. The black mass is always in the shape of a dog.
I moved into this house in 2002 and the sightings started almost right away. I don't feel any kind of bad energy or that I'm in any danger at all. That is why it made me wonder when I did some research on this, it said that a black dog is usually associated with the devil. As I dived deeper into it, I found out that it could also be my familiar. Now I don't know if I believe that, but I do believe what I see and feel.
I also find it funny that ever since I was very young I loved dogs. I did have a black dog named rocky that was in a dog fight in my backyard and died. ( but that is another story for another time) So as you guys guessed this week will be about black dogs, what they mean and I'm going to touch a little on familiars and why people believe in them.
